De ruilverkaveling-in-voorbereiding "Oukoop-Kortrijk" ligt in het Utrechtse weidegebied ten westen van het Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal. De bodem bestaat in hoofdzaak uit laaggelegen veengrond met een geringe draagkracht, hetgeen bijzondere moeilijkheden en daardoor voorzieningen met zich meebrengt.
