Based on our experience on the field, learning with communities, between men and women there are power relation, different position and function on natural resource management; but women didn’t join on decision making on general. Women still have lack on information and capacity. Bringing this issue, we push women can engage actively on decision making process at any level. On the other hand, we encourage men to support women on participating on public domain.
