The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for obtaining and using geo-data, as well as fees related to geo-services. Arrêté concernant les subventions cantonales en faveur d’améliorations foncières.
Le présent arrêté met en exécution, entre autres, la loi du 30 mai 1990 sur les améliorations foncières et son règlement d’exécution du 11 août 1992. Notamment, l’ arrêté a pour but de fixer les entreprises d’améliorations foncières agricoles et viticoles qui peuvent être subventionnées ainsi que les conditions d’octroi, les taux et les montants forfaitaires maximaux des subventions. Le texte comprend 12 articles répartis en 4 chapitres comme suit: Dispositions générales (1); Subventions ordinaires (2); Fonds des améliorations foncières (3);Dispositions finale (4).

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees in connexion with the land registry.
