The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 117(2A) and 162 of the Local Government Act, exempts a person who intends to carry out a classified trade from applying for a Building and Land Use Permit, provided that the activities in relation to that trade — (a) do not require — (i) the construction or demolition of a building; or (ii) extensive alterations, additions or repairs to an existing building; and (b) do not result in specified nuisances. "Classified trade" includes, among other things, self-employed manufacturer of food items and retail sale of food.
These Regulations, consisting of seven sections, are made under section 107 of the Land Tax Act 2005.
This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in section 3, 4 and 6. In section a minor amendment is made concerning delegation of functions and powers of Commissioner. The amendment of section 4 concerns the rate of tax in respect of a mining right or an interest in the mining right in and respect of land. Section 6 is amended in provisions concerning exemption from the provisions of this Act of any public benefit organisation or trust listed as such under the Income Tax Act.

Article 12.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot or plots of land, indicated in land-use planning scheme or on cadastre map of the territory, shall be formed as a result of consolidation of land plots pertaining to various land categories, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

Article 12.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the protected areas of regional significance, managed by state institutions, state supervision in the sphere of protection and management of protected areas shall also be performed by the officials of the aforesaid institutions that have the status of state environmental inspectors”.

These Regulations, made by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine in exercise of the powers conferred on him or her by section 12 of the Land Commission (Dissolution) Act 1992, provide for the transfer of accounts held in the name of the former Irish Land Commission to be transferred into the accounts of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre land valuation shall be conducted by decision of local government of city districts and municipal units within the boundaries of a given municipal unit. The modalities of state cadastre valuation of land shall be performed by decision of the regional administration.
This Regulation 1043 of 2015 amends and supplements articles 25 and 45 of Regulation 408 of 2015 dealing mostly with buildings higher than six floors. The construction permits for these buildings will be issued by the local authorities after the National Council of Territory submits a no-objection for such construction within 10 days of application.

The Premier decrees that beginning from 1 January 2016 allotment of land plots for farming and expropriation thereof shall be performed by decision of local government in accordance with the opinions expressed by territorial councils of farmers and commissions for examination of applications for allotment of land plots for farming.
