The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation applies to lands in the domain of the State and to buildings, improvements and movables located on those lands that come under the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state and the Watercourses Act.
