Regulation respecting gratuitous transfer of land for public use (CQLR c. T-8.1, r. 1).
The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation applies to lands in the domain of the State and to buildings, improvements and movables located on those lands that come under the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.
Regulation respecting fees exigible for the transfer of land management, (CQLR c. T-8.1, r. 4).
The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. Section 2 establishes that the transfer of management of land and the granting of land rights to a public body, the Government of Canada or any of its departments or agencies under sections 10 and 12 of the afore-mentioned Act are subject to payment of the fees listed in this section. Regulation respecting the leasing of land in the domain of the State for the building, operation and maintenance by private producers of hydroelectric power plants having a capacity of 25 MW or less (CQLR c T-8.1, r. 5).
The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state and the Watercourses Act. Section 1 establishes that the Regulation applies to the leasing of land and other immovable rights in the waters in the domain of the State or dry land required for the building, operation and maintenance by private producers of hydroelectric power plants having a capacity of 25 MW or less and related equipment or installations. Regulation respecting the burial of contaminated soils (c. Q-2, r. 18).
The present Regulation implements the Environment Quality Act (R.S.Q., c. Q-2, s. 31.0.1). In particular, the Regulation determines the conditions or prohibitions applicable to the layout, extension and operation of sites used in whole or in part for the burial of contaminated soils as well as the conditions applicable to their closure and their post-closure follow-up.
