These Regulations, made under the Physical Planning Ordinance, provide for authorization of construction and for corrective measures in case of illegal building.

Permitted Development Regulations (Cap. 9.02).
These Regulations specify, in the Schedules, permitted development, i.e. development permitted without the requirement to apply for or obtain a grant of development permission. They shall apply to all land in the Islands except, among other things: (a) undeveloped Crown land, other than undeveloped Crown land in respect of which a lease has been granted; (b) land within a conservation area declared under the Physical Planning Ordinance; and (c) land within any declared area under the National Parks Ordinance.
Purchase of Land (Extended Payment Agreements) Ordinance (Cap. 9.06).
This Ordinance provides for selected matters relating to extended payment agreements, which are contracts for the sale of a freehold interest in land in a case in which it is a condition that the purchase money shall be paid in instalments and that the conveyance of the freehold shall not be executed until payment of the last instalment. The Ordinance, among other things, requires certain particulars to be included in the agreement and defines certain rights and duties of the vendor and the purchaser.
Strata Titles Regulations (Cap. 9.04).
These Regulations implement provisions of the Strata Titles Ordinance with respect to, among other things: the registry of strata plans to be kept by the Registrar; forms for certificates to be issued by a licensed surveyor or the Planning and Development Board; policies of insurance against damages of buildings; and powers of court where a building is damages.

Summery Offences Ordinance (Cap. 32).
This Ordinance defines offences, including trespass on property and damaging of real and personal property, leaving at large of dangerous animals, littering and washing at public wells.
