Hunger-Free Latin America and the Caribbean Initiative
The Hunger Free Latin America and the Caribbean Initiative is a commitment from the countries of the region to eradicate hunger within the term of a generation.
The monitoring and follow-up of this Initiative is done through the Group of Latin America and the Caribbean in the United Nations (GRULAC), the Working Group 2025 (GT2025) and the Committee on World Food Security(CFS).
This Initiative is supported by FAO through the Hunger Free Latin America and the Caribbean Support Project, the joint projects from the Spain-FAO Program and the International Cooperation Program Brazil-FAO.
