El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, cuyo objetivo es el de establecer los parámetros para la adjudicación de tierras del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores de propiedad del Estado por parte del Ministerio del Ambiente.

This Order stipulates that, for the purpose of carrying out preventive, protective and rehabilitative measures, forests polluted by radionuclides shall be classified according to: (a) soil pollution density of Caesium-137; (b) soil pollution density of Strontium-90; and (c) other types of dangerous radioactive pollution.

This Act makes provision for the adoption of planning instruments in Scotland such as the National Planning Framework, strategic development planning and local development plans. Provisions of this Act also concern, among other things: planning permission in respect of operation of marine fish farm, National Scenic Areas, development in national parks, consultation with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Tree Preservation Orders and the carrying out of an environmental assessment.

This Regional Act lays down rules governing the tenure and management of the Regole d’Ampezzo, which are those agro-forest and pasture lands which pertain to the territories of the Veneto Region specified in article 2. The Act also defines the content of the “laudi”, which are the provisions that regulate the acquisition and tenure of the “Regole”.

Provincial Act No. 12 laying down the Ordinance for the Regole of Spinale and Manez.

This Provincial Act lays down provisions governing the management and use of public lands pertaining to the Regole of Spinale and Manez within the territory of Trento. Such lands may not be transferred, unless a special authorization is issued by the Provincial Executive for public reasons (art. 1). Article 3 provides for the setting up of the assembly which is in charge of the management of lands.
