El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, respecto a la introducción de medidas complementarias para la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, disponiendo entre otras cosas, la modificación de normas relacionadas con la adjudicación de tierras del Estado con fines de vivienda a través de la implementación de Programas de Adjudicación de Lotes de Vivienda, a cargo del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Ordinance of the Temotu Province concerns the administration of agriculture and the control on agricultural activities in the province. The Provincial Executive may establish a Provincial Agriculture Advisory Committee, the functions of which are defined by this Ordinance.

This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes the settlement of Transmigrant Land Title. The Regulation aims at the following matters: measuring and installing of border signs of land plots; procedures for land sharing; granting of certificate of land sharing; procedures for the property rights certificate.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, que actualiza los criterios para determinar los referidos valores unitarios. En lo específico, la norma desarrolla variables, definiciones, procedimientos, requisitos y criterios técnicos que se establecen para la determinación de valores unitarios oficiales, para determinar el pago del impuesto predial.

This Regional Law establishes purposeful use of land and lays down legal grounds for land tenure and land management for specific purposes. It classifies land into the following categories: (a) agricultural land; (b) urban land; (c) industry, energy, communication land; (d) protected areas; (e) land of forest fund; (f) land of waterbodies; and (g) reserve land. Land ownership right shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Regional land can pertain to private, public, municipal and other types of ownership. Agricultural land shall be subject to natural-agricultural zoning.

This Order made under section 111 of the Land Leases Act require a lessor to refund lease registration fees in certain circumstances and provides for calculation for purposes of refund of fees. A lessor must refund the registration fee to the lessee if: (a) the lessees unexpired lease is surrendered under the Land Leases Act and is replaced by a new lease for a term of 75 years; and (b) the new lease is registered over the same land as the unexpired surrendered lease for the purpose of a strata plan under the Strata Titles Act.

There has long been an active debate in Haiti - as in many other developing countries - over whether or not the customary tenure system constrains technology adoption and agricultural development, and whether cadaster and land titling should be national priorities. This paper contributes to this debate by reviewing and interpreting the body of literature and new empirical evidence concerning the relationship between land tenure and the adoption of technology in rural Haiti.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Construction Law of 7 March 1989. Article 3 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office provides the basis for the ecological planning and building. The text consists of 74 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Planning (I); Development (II); Land consolidation (III); Construction regulations (IV); Building permit and building permit proceedings (V); Costs (VI); Final provisions (VII). These Regulations issued in implementation of article 56 of the Land Management Law, provide for (a) registration of landownership and land-use rights; (b) the systematic surveying of lands, land-use planning, and other mechanisms to control land use; (c) procedures for the expropriation of land needed for public construction purposes; (d) restrictions on the use of agricultural land for housing purposes; and (e) criteria for the determination of the kind and amount of fines payable for offences committed under the principal Law.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State Geodetic Survey over Geodetic and Cartographic Activity is carried out for the purpose of ensuring observance of the Russian Legislation on geodesy and cartography by all the parties involved in the sphere of relationship of geodesy and cartography. The Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography carry out state Geodetic Survey. The main tasks of State Geodetic Survey are: 1).

The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of 17 sections and completed by four Schedules, are to: (a) prescribe standards for cadastral surveys; (b) regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors; and (c) prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys. These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004.The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8).
