These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, set out the conditions for applications for division or amalgamation of land and the requirements for the subsequent plans. The Regulations are divided as follows: Land division, including transactions excluded from unlawful division provisions and the certificate of licensed surveyor (2); Land amalgamation, including examination of plans (3); Certification of instruments (4); Verification of identity requirements (4A) and Miscellaneous (5).

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución de los procedimientos de formalización y titulación de predios rústicos de propiedad del Estado y de declaración de propiedad por prescripción adquisitiva de dominio. La norma precisa que los lineamientos tienen alcance nacional y son de obligatorio cumplimiento por los gobiernos regionales a los que se ha efectivizado la transferencia de la función referida al saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria.

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. The text - consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: definitions, fees, annual fee adjustment, rounding, registration fee, certified copy of title following registration, fees to be posted, fee waived or reduced. One Schedule is enclosed.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District. This Order establishes the modalities of cadastral subdivision of the territory into cadastral districts and cadastral sections carried out by the territorial branches of the Federal Land Cadastre Service. The purpose of cadastral subdivision of the national territory shall be to assign cadastre numbers to the land plots determining location thereof within the boundaries of a cadastre section. Special attention in the process of elaboration of cadastre plan shall be paid to natural linear geographic objects such as natural landmarks and forest clearing.

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de inscripciones del Registro de Personas Jurídicas no Societarias de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP), que regula las inscripciones de actos relativos a las personas jurídicas distintas a las sociedades y a las Empresas Individuales de Responsabilidad Limitada.

La presente Ley crea la Dirección General de Catastro, asignándole las funciones, y estableciendo un sistema catastral y velando por su mantenimiento y actualización.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos sobre procedimiento de formalización y titulación de tierras eriazas habilitadas e incorporadas a la actividad agropecuaria al 31 de diciembre de 2004, con el objeto de establecer un adecuado procedimiento de formalización y titulación de tierras eriazas (tierras ubicadas dentro del territorio nacional que no son explotadas para fines agrarios por falta o exceso de agua), habilitadas e incorporadas a la actividad agropecuaria al 2004.La habilitación para fines agropecuarios consiste en la ejecución de obras civiles, construcciones e instalacio

El presente Decreto expide el Reglamento para la aplicación del impuesto a las tierras rurales, que considerará sujeto pasivo para su aplicación aquel que conste registrado como sujeto pasivo del impuesto predial rústico en el catastro municipal correspondiente.
