This Decree provides that municipalities shall create a cadastre registering all their immovable properties and keep it updated. The content of cadastre is also addressed.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the managEent of land registers in the Land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Article 1 establishes that land registries have to be kept by the tribunals of first instance and that the relevant Land Registry Ordinance is to be applied. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competence (1); Employees of the Land Registry Office and their responsibility (2); Establishment and management of the Land Registry (3); Mining Property Register (4); transitional provisions (5); Entry into force (5).

This Act, consisting of 250 sections divided into five Parts and one Schedule, establishes Land title and registration requirements.

The Act is enacted to perfect cadastral management, ensure land rights, and promote land use.In order to investigate cadastral registration in which the contents of rights are incomplete or inconsistent with the existing laws and regulations, after clarifying the content of rights and ownership, the authority concerned shall register again. The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre.

This Order of the Cabinet Secretary implements provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect to the establishment and operation of land registration units as constituted under section 6 (l) of the Act. The Cabinet Secretary establishes registration units as set out in the First Schedule.

This Act amends the Constitution of Samoa by repealing Article 41A and by repealing and replacing Article 41. Article 41 concerns the office and powers of the Attorney-General and prosecution of offences. Consequential amendments are made to a number of Acts, including, amongst others, the Land Titles Registration Act 2008, the Waste Management Act 2010, and the Water Resources Management Act 2008.

Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre. This Order establishes the procedure for compilation, submittal and processing of requests for public information, which is administered by the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and its territorial bodies, and forms for the filing of such requests. Access to public information shall be ensured through provision of information and data in accordance with requests for access to public information, including requests to public information classified as open data.
