Section VII shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case that cadastre numbers have been defined in accordance with technical cadastre documentation but not assigned until 1 January 2013, they shall be considered assigned and land plots shall be considered registered in State Land Cadastre from the date of submittal of the application by the customer of land survey documentation”.

This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities. In order to fulfill this capacity, a person must be appointed by the Minister of Environment, must be of legal age, is not under bankruptcy, has passed the Danish surveyor exam and has at least 3 years’ experience following the surveying examination, and has participated in the commonly occurring cadastral works by recruitment from a practicing surveyor – either by Survey and Cadastre Authority of the Jutland department or cadastral authority in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of the underground. Article 2 establishes that the underground cadastre includes buildings and facilities, inter alia, concerning water supply, gas, electricity and heat supply, effluent waste water, transport of fuels.

Article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Surveying Agency is the authority responsible for the official land survey in the Canton Zurich. The article lists also the tasks that shall be carried out by the afore-mentioned Agency, such as authorizing survey contracts, regulating data description.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. In particular, the present Law regulates the: a) enforcement of the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007; b) collection and use of spatial information of the Canton and municipalities; c) establishment and running of the digital cadastre. The present Ordinance lays down detailed provisions with the purpose of implementing the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2010. In particular, the Ordinance applies to spatial base data of cantonal law.

La presente Ley aprueba las Directrices de Ordenación General y las Directrices de Ordenación del Turismo de Canarias en materia de ordenación territorial para la dinamización sectorial y la ordenación del turismo.

The execution of cadastral work and inspection shall be performed by a surveyor covered by insurance policy for liabilities in omissions committed by the surveyor or by the surveyor's staff. The insurance entity must be registered in an EU country and must be in addition to other existing insurances on losses due to the performance of cadastral survey.

The Order sets regulations on the formation of the Land Inspection Board (LIB), which consists of 3 members appointed by the Minister of Environment after recommendation by the Ministry of Justice, Geo Data Board and the Danish Association of Chartered Surveyors. The LBI deals with appeals from practicing surveyors following failure of fulfilling their duties.
