La presente Ley aprueba el préstamo para la realización del Programa de regularización del catastro y del registro de la propiedad inmueble de Costa Rica y crea la Unidad ejecutora del programa adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda.

The present Law enforces the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).The specific purpose of the Law is to create the legal framework for the geo-data infrastructure in Brandenburg being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. In particular, the Law shall ensure that such data are: a) sustainable, up-to-date and of first quality; as well as b) simply and easily accessible.

A frame law setting forth the basis for the improvement of the enterprising environment in Greece.

In accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010 and Community Directive 2006/123/EC on the provision of services in the internal market, as well as with articles 197, 198 and 199 of Law No. 4072/2012, this Decree establish the right to Community providers of immovable property services (real estate) to extend their operations beyond their national borders and to operate in the Greek national territory with out being established in Greece.

Esta Resolución dispone ordenar el Registro Nacional de Comunidades Indígenas de acuerdo a la siguiente clasificación: a) comunidades indígenas que ostentan una posesión comunitaria, o son titulares de una propiedad comunitaria, sobre las tierras que ocupan tradicionalmente en ámbitos rurales; b) comunidades indígenas cuyas familias se nuclean y organizan a partir de la revalorización de la identidad étnica, cultural e histórica de su pueblo de pertenencia, que ejercen una posesión o propiedad individual o comunitaria de las tierras que ocupan en ámbitos urbanos.

This Regional Law establishes the particulars of state protection of the objects of cultural heritage, including conservation, management and promotion thereof. Regional Administration shall be responsible for validation of the boundaries and mapping of areas containing objects of cultural heritage, types of land tenure and land use planning in the aforesaid areas. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Land areas containing objects of cultural heritage shall be classified as land of cultural heritage.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of transfer of land from one category to another. Transfer of land, except for agricultural land, pertaining to private or municipal ownership, shall be performed by local government. Transfer of agricultural land pertaining to private or municipal ownership shall be performed by the Regional Government. Transfer of urban land to any other land category shall be performed by the Regional Government.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Administration shall ensure mapping of the boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage and state registration of the objects of cultural heritage. Identification of the objects of cultural heritage shall be performed by the by the authorized regional state institution in the sphere of cultural heritage.

This Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes norms for public lands and infrastructures selling and concession within the State of Rondônia. It specifies legal and administrative proceedings, authorization criteria and other necessary matters related to selling, cession, concession and use of any land property (including infrastructures) within the State.

These Regulations, made under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011, apply the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys) Regulations 2013, except Regulation 5(6)(c) to (g) and (7), to the Island of Rodrigues. Those provisions concern method of survey and marking of boundaries.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. They, among other things: empower the Chief Surveyor to, in accordance with the Act, issue Guidelines, Directions and Notices to land surveyors, to regulate the practice of land surveyors and to set standards for land survey work; provide rules for the carrying out of survey works; regulate survey procedures; and provide for the making of boundaries and the drafting of survey plans.
