This Act lays down some amendments to Fertilizers Act. In particular the present Act amends provisions concerning decisions on registration of fertilizers (art. 5 of the amended Act).

These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. The present Law lays down provisions relating to charges for continuation of property registration in the real estate cadastre. Article 1 establishes that for changes in ownership in the real estate cadastre a fee (Cadastral Continuation Fee) shall be charged, otherwise the continuation of registration in the cadastre is free of charge. This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of deeds, including deeds relating to land, and establishes the Deeds Registry and provides for the appointment of a Registrar of Deeds. It defines also duties of the Registrar and provides rules for the preparation of deeds so that they meet requirements of registration. Deeds that must be registered include transfer of estates, long-term leases and mortgage bonds hypothecating immovable property.
