This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage of regional significance. Identified objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Establishment and mapping of the boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage and land-use planning within the boundaries of the aforesaid areas, and special regime of land tenure shall be validated by the Regional Government.

This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que tiene por objeto desarrollar las disposiciones y procedimientos contenidos en la Ley de Fortalecimiento de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP).

This Law amends the Registered Land Law with respect to plans and procedures for subdivision of land. The Act also amends the principal Act in Part V by deleting the heading “Division 5 - Easements, Restrictive Agreements, Profits and Licences” and substituting the following heading “Division 5 - Easements, Positive and Restrictive Covenants, Profits and Licences” and by replacing section 93 on validity and enforcement of registered positive covenants and restrictive covenants.

The matters here regulated concern the form of applications and notices submitted by a group to the Registrar of Group Representatives and the contents of the register of each group kept by the Registrar in accordance with section 4 (1) of the Act. This Regulation prescribe the methods, form and content, data collection and official records delivery rules regarding the agricultural land present on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely classified by: cadastral cultures and cadastral classes; surface and purpose for which uses change; land consolidated surfaces; hydro-ameliorated surfaces; ownership structure; uncultivated, abandoned and mined areas; and surfaces used, managed and/or disposed by a legal entity.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
