Le présent arrêté crée une Commission Interministérielle de supervision et de contrôle des paiements d'indemnités dues aux occupants des emprises du Projet de construction de la Nouvelle Ville de Conakry dans les quartiers de Lambanyi,Waréya et Kobayah (Commune de Ratoma). La commission est chargée d'assurer les paiements des indemnités dues aux occupants des emprises du Projet de construction de la Nouvelle Ville de Conakry.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, approves the Basic Legislation of Land Use Planning.

Le présent arrêté détermine les règlements d’urbanisme et de construction au Rwanda.

The Minister validates the methods of land rehabilitation of landscapes damaged as a result of subsoil management due to mining and extraction of minerals. It shall not be applicable to deep quarries subject to issuance of special permits for operation thereof. Land rehabilitation procedure must be performed by land owners and land tenants that have extracted common minerals on surface or near surface for their own individual needs.

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the National Institute of Territorial Planning and Urban Development (INOTU). This Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters divided into 23 articles and completed by four Annexes, establishes the composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institution of the Economic and Productive Sector.

This Decree, consisting of 24 articles divided into four Chapters, promulgates the Regulation on land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and provides the management of activities of people and vehicles in these areas; responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals for the construction, management and protection of land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 2. In case the provisions of this Regulation are different from those of treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party, the provisions of such treaties prevail.
