This Act provides for the formulation and implementation of plans to utilize, develop and preserve the national land.The State or local government shall take measures to efficiently utilize and manage national land which shall be divided into urban areas, control areas, agricultural and forest areas, and natural environment conservation areas.

El presente Decreto aprueba el reglamento de la Ley que tiene por objeto establecer el marco regulador del ordenamiento territorial para el desarrollo urbano, con el fin de procurar el crecimiento armónico de los centros poblados, en función de sus características físicas, ambientales, socioeconómicas, culturales, administrativas y político-institucionales, mediante planes de ordenamiento territorial municipal para el desarrollo urbano.

El presente Decreto, considerando que algunas instituciones que lo conformaban han desaparecido o se han transformado, reorganiza el Consejo Nacional de Urbanismo (CONAUR), que mantiene su función como organismo responsable de dictar y coordinar la ejecución de las estrategias y las políticas de desarrollo urbano a nivel nacional.

La présente ordonnance modifie et complète les dispositions de l'article 12 de l'ordonnance souveraine n° 3.647 du 9 septembre 1966 concernant l'Urbanisme, la Construction et la Voirie.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto derogar la Ley que establece las disposiciones que rigen el proceso general para la planificación y gestión de la ordenación del territorio, en concordancia con las realidades ecológicas y los principios, criterios, objetivos estratégicos del desarrollo sustentable.

This Law regulates purchase of land by the foreign legal and natural persons, and also by foreign institutions and organizations that have no status of legal person but have legal capacity. It also establishes terms, conditions and restrictions on the purchase of land by foreigners. The Act consists of four Chapters divided into 17 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) right of foreigners to purchase land, internal water and forest; (3) temporary provisions regarding the right of foreigners to purchase non-agricultural land; and (4) final provisions.

The Act provides for Commonwealth funding to Land Commissions or other authorities of States for the acquisition of land in or near urban areas for purposes of public recreation or of conservation. The funding shall be by means of loans or grants. A State shall ensure that land acquired in pursuance of an approved programme of land acquisition shall be used only in accordance with that programme or for such other purpose as the Minister, in accordance with the Minister for Finance, approves.

This Ministerial Decree regulates timber extraction on urban land pertaining to forest estate, including urban forests. Citizens who have been allotted plots of urban land as lifelong hereditary estate, usufruct, ownership or lease shall have the right to cut trees and shrubbery thereon without any prior authorization of the local self-government except for cases envisaged by the legislation. Legal and natural persons who have caused in the process of cutting illegal damage to other plant or forest species or growing conditions thereof shall be liable for compensation of damages.

This Order establishes that the purpose of the Instruction shall be to establish cadastre value of different categories of urban land. Calculation of cadastre value shall be carried out in the following manner: (a) determination of criteria for land valuation; (b) data collection; (c) classification of the urban land by categories; (d) access to market information of market value of land; and (e) statistical formula development; and (f) calculation of land value.

La presente Ley crea el Bono de Formalización Inmobiliaria (BFI), que consiste en la ayuda económica directa no reembolsable, otorgada por el Estado con criterio de utilidad pública, que se destinará exclusivamente para formalizar en el Registro de Predios de la Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos (SUNARP), la declaratoria de edificación existente y su independización como unidad inmobiliaria.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°60-004 du 15 février 1960 relative au domaine privé national. Le service des domaines est chargé de gérer les biens appartenant à l’Etat ainsi que ceux qu’il détient sous l’expectative d’une appropriation définitive à l’expiration d’un certain délai. Cette gestion s’applique également à tous les biens sur lesquels l’Etat exerce un pouvoir d’attribution ou de surveillance, tels que les biens des contumax.
