The Vision of the Forest Policy is that: by 2062, Jamaica’s forests and its biodiversity are sufficiently restored and sustainably managed, so once again the island can adequately be described as “the land of wood and water”, capable of meeting the social, economic and ecological needs of current and future generations.
The present Regulations are made under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to Crown resource land referred to in: a) The Forest Resources Management Act; b) The Provincial Lands Act; c) The Natural Resources Act.
The Growth and Sustainable Development Strategy (GSDS) is a strategic document with a multi-sectoral approach, relating to the period 2016-2019. Flowing from the Horizon 2030 vision, this strategic plan now charts the path to a better quality of life for all Belizeans, living now and in the future. It places at the fore sustainable development, reflecting a whole-system approach, and acknowledging increasing prosperity, eradicating poverty, improving social cohesion, caring for our natural resources, and securing peace and justice for all Belizeans as inter-connected goals.
This Statement outlines agreed objectives and policies for the future of Australia's public and private forests. The Governments share a vision of ecologically sustainable management of Australia's forests. This vision has a number of important characteristics: 1) The unique character of the Australian forested landscape and the integrity and biological diversity of its associated environment is retained. 2) The total area of forest is increased. 3) There is a 'holistic' approach to managing forests for all their values and uses so as to optimise benefits to the community.
Le présent Décret fixe les modalités d'application de la loi n° 2003-308 du 07 juillet 2003 portant transfert et répartition de compétences de l'Etat aux Collectivités Territoriales en matière de protection de l’environnement et de gestion des ressources naturelles, notamment la protection des forêts, la gestion et la protection des cours d’eau nationaux et internationaux; la gestion des déchets, la protection de la biodiversité, la lutte contre la pollution, la gestion des aires protégées; la gestion du littoral.
Le présent décret fixe les attributions spécifiques des membres du Gouvernement. Les ministres exercent, chacun, leurs attributions spécifiques en concertation avec les ministres qui en sont concernés ou intéressés. Ces concertations doivent être menées avant la saisine du Secrétariat général du Gouvernement des projets de texte ou de documents de politique nationale.
Le Plan d’action du Haut Commissariat aux Eaux et Forêts et à la Lutte Contre la Désertification (HCEFLCD) s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un programme décennal (2005-2014) qui consacre la multifonctionnalité des écosystèmes forestiers et vise (i) la lutte contre la désertification, (ii) la conservation et le développement des ressources forestières et (iii) le développement humain dans les espaces forestiers et péri-forestiers.
Le présent décret fixe l'engagement national en matière de neutralité de la dégradation des terres, en application des dispositions générales de la Convention des Nations Unies sur la lutte contre la désertification et de la Charte de l'Environnement Malagasy actualisée.

This Chapter of the Florida Statutes regulates forestry.
These Regulations reform the law in Ghana with respect to the granting of timber rights and related matters. They (a) regulate the identification of land suitable for the grant of timber rights, (b) regulate the terms and conditions for small and large scale timber rights, (c) regulate other sources of timber, and (d) provide for a legality licensing scheme.The Forestry Commission shall identify lands suitable for grant of large scale timber utilisation contracts. The Regulations set out the procedures for the identification of lands (including owner consent).
This Complementary Law, consisting of 42 articles divided into seven Chapters, establishes the Planning and Territorial Planning System of the State of Roraima. The above mentioned System, called SPOT/RR, is the main guiding instrument for planning of land occupation and control of the use of natural resources of the territory of the State of Roraima, in the implementation of plans, programmes, projects, works and public and private activities.
