The 2480.373 hectares of land from forest cover 2002 located in 3 areas in Koh Kong province, including Andoung Teuk commune of Botum Sakor district for 691.14 hectares, Trapeang Rung commune of Koh Kong district 1311.873 hectare, Russei Chrum commune of Thmor Bang district for 477.36 hectares for was privatized for social land concession to allocate to former armed forces and their families.

The land from the economic land concession of Pheapimex Group in amount of 4815.67 hectares was privatized for social land concession project to grant the land to former armed forces and their families, and general poor people in Samaki Mean Chey district, Kampong Chhnang province.

The 2471.41 hectares of state land which was cut off from state public land in Yeang commune, Choam Ksant district, Preah Vihear province was privatized for social land concession to allocate to the Bodyguard Headquarters and their families for resident and family farming.

This Sub-decree is about the downsized land in total of 3393 hectares, including (1) 3310.17 hectares from land concession of TPP Company and (2) 82.83 hectares from economic land concession of Sophorn Theary Peanich Co. The land of which size is 1,120 hectares has been reclassified from Forest Cover 2002 in Krang Dei Vay commune, Phnom Sruoch district, and in Reaksmei Samaky commune, Aoral district, Kampong Speu province for social land concessions to veteran families and poor civilians. The governor of Kampong Speu province has been granted the authority to manage this project.

The forest reserve of which size is 1703 hectares located in Kork Khpos commune, Banteay Ampil district, Oddar Meanchey province was privatized​ to grant social land concessions and develop the area for military development.

The purposes of this sub-decree are to classify state permanent forest reserve land, of which size is 4,615 hectares in Kantout commune, Choam Ksant district, Preah Vihear province; to grant social land concessions for military and police families; and to establish a new village named Senchey village.

The purpose of this sub-decree is to privatize forest reserve of which size is 594 hectares, and grant social land concessions to military families living in Srekor Commune and Talat commune, Sesan district, Stung Treng province.
