These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

These Regulations, which have been adopted in implementation of European Union Directive 2003/35/EC, aim at achieving a phased schedule for the application of Legal Notice No. 234 of 2002 as regards the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from the activities listed in Schedule 1 thereof (such as timber processing and slaughter of animals). All operators of existing installations (power plants, shipyards, waste installations, farms) shall apply to the competent authority for a permit.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 388 de 1997, estableciendo que los proyectos, obras o actividades considerados de utilidad pública e interés social podrán ser adelantados en todo el territorio nacional de manera directa o indirecta a través de cualquier modalidad contractual, previa la expedición de la respectiva licencia o del correspondiente instrumento administrativo de manejo y control ambiental por parte de la autoridad ambiental correspondiente.

The purpose of this Regulation is to provide measures to prevent the risk of contamination from hazardous substances in the soil, at sea and in watercourses, as well as air pollution caused by noise and emissions of hazardous substances by implementing regular inspections with the aim to ensure that environmental quality and standards are maintained.

These Regulations carry into effect in Ireland Directive 2001/81/EC by specifying national emission ceilings for sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds and ammonia to be achieved by 2010. The Regulations provide for the preparation of a national strategy by the Environmental Protection Agency with the aim of complying with the ceilings and the preparation and reporting of annual national emission inventories and projections.

Le présent Arrêté régit l’activité de l'orpaillage en République du Benin.L'exercice l’orpaillage (extraction et en la concentration du minerai d'or en vue de la récupération de la ou des substances utiles qu'il renferme par des méthodes et procédés artisanaux) est soumis à autorisation préalable.Par ailleurs, l'utilisation de substances explosives, de tous produits chimiques ou toxiques (cyanure, mercure, etc.) pouvant polluer les eaux souterraines, fluviales, I’ écosystème ou empêcher l'exploitation agraire des sols après les travaux est interdite.

La presente Ley desarrolla la Ley del suelo Rústico de las Illes Balears, en relación con las actividades vinculadas con el destino y naturaleza de las fincas y el régimen de unidades mínimas de cultivo, así como la determinación de la unidad mínima de cultivo en el ámbito territorial mencionado.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer las normas, pautas y criterios para el ordenamiento territorial en el marco del uso sostenible de la tierra, preservación, defensa y recuperación del patrimonio ecológico y cultural, la prevención de desastres naturales y la distribución espacial de los asentamientos humanos.

The objective of these Regulations is to achieve an integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from activities which are listed in Schedule 1, and which including certain timber processing and slaughter of animals. The Regulations lay down measures designed to prevent or reduce release of substances or other forms of pollution of water, soil or air arising from listed activities. Regulations 3 to 20 provide for granting of permits for the operation of installations listed in Schedule 1.

Regulation made under the Fertilizing Substances Act and amending the Decrees cited in the title for the purpose of further reducing the pollution of water and soil by nitrate compounds caused by animal manure. Rules for good agricultural practice are prescribed in the framework of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources.
