The Minister, for the purpose of carrying out of the common land policy and carrying out state geodetic survey orders to consider territorial branches of the abolished State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey and Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service territorial branches of the Ministry on Land Policy, Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

La présente Décision met en exécution la loi cantonale du 23 janvier 1987 concernant l'application de la loi fédérale sur l'aménagement du territoire du 22 juin 1979. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que les objectifs d'aménagement définissent la politique générale d'aménagement du territoire en considérant notamment les études de base et les plans sectoriels. Ils fixent le développement spatial souhaité en tenant compte de l'évolution démographique ainsi que des objectifs et des besoins économiques. Le texte comprend 5 articles.

The present Order enacts the Surveys Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to cadastral mapping fees which must be paid at the time a plan of survey or descriptive plan is submitted for registration at the Land Titles Office.

The Committee, in connection with the issues arising in the process of the application of the Technical requirements for the plan of a plot of land validated by the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey (ROSKOMZEM) 11 June 1993, clarifies that Technical requirements must be applied exclusively to sale and purchase by the citizens of the Russian nationals of the plots of land or their parts destined for personal subsidiary small-holding, gardening and individual housing.

Cette ordonnance organise le territoire national en 30 provinces, trois cents départements et cent huit communes et porte leur organisation administrative et leur régime juridique.

The Parties have agreed to carry out cooperation in the following forms: (a) topographic, geodetic, cartographic and geoinformation activity; (b) publishing of maps, charts and other publications; (c) creation of databases on territory and land areas; (d) exchange of information; (e) joint research and development activity; (f) land use planning; and (g) exchange of experts.

Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Determination of land area as land share with the consideration of the state and the soil properties of agricultural land in accordance with land survey documentation”.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of protected areas and protection areas of some categories of regional significance shall be delimited on site with special signs and shall be mapped on land-use planning documentation”.

La presente Resolución delega la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo en la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH) y en el Servicio Geológico Colombiano (SGC). Se delega parcialmente en la ANH la función de administrar el Banco de Información Petrolera y la realización de los estudios regionales para la exploración de hidrocarburos hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2016. Se delega en el SGC las demás funciones relacionadas con el conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo colombiano.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad, con el objeto garantizar la correcta aplicación del derecho internacional y la incorporación de la normativa de la Unión Europea, adecuándose a lo dispuesto en la Convención de Naciones Unidas sobre el derecho del Mar de 1982 y en el Protocolo de Nagoya sobre el acceso a los recursos genéticos y participación justa y equitativa en los beneficios que se deriven de su utilización, así como perfeccionar la incorporación de la Directiva de Hábitats y de la Directiva de Aves de la Unión Europea al ordenamiento jurídico

Article 7.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning projects that envisaged expropriation of land plots for public need prior to its validation shall be coordinated with state body competent in the sphere of land expropriation for public needs”.
