This Order amends the "1995 Order", mainly in relation to permitted development rights. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. Part 3 of Schedule 2 to that Order grants planning permission for certain changes of use by reference to classes of use specified in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1967. The Central Plan Register shall be in Form 1. A Liaison officer to keep registers as specified in regulation 3. A list or supplementary list compiled by the liaison officer under Section 4 or 7 of the Act forwarded to the Surveyor General in accordance with the provisions of the Act shall be endorsed with a certificate in Form 3. A notice under Section 5(1) of the Act shall be in Form 4.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Urban and Rural Territorial Plans (REPTUR). This Regulation amends sections a, b, e and c of article 5 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendments affect the duties and responsibilities of the deputy directors who will now chair the departments of legalization, compensation and urbanization, the dept. of mapping, information technology, and initial registration of unlawful construction, and the human resources department, respectively. Further, the ALUIIZC personnel should comply with the general requirements of the civil service law and the special requirements prepared by the general director of the agency.

This Regulation provides for the establishment of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC) as a central public institution under the authority of the Minister of Public Works, Transport, and Telecommunication that functions at both central and local levels. The Agency works under the framework of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions. The Agency structure and tasks are further laid down.
