La presente Ley crea el Fondo para compra de tierras con equidad de género para mujeres rurales, con el fin de otorgar apropiación jurídica y material de la tierra a favor de las mujeres rurales con el objeto de mejorar la calidad de vida del núcleo familiar.

This Regional Law establishes allotment of land parcels free of charge out of public and municipal land stock for individual residential urban or non-residential (for gardening, horticulture, smallholding) suburban construction in ownership to multi-child families, with three and more children if the third and subsequent children were born after 1 January 2011. Land parcels shall be allotted once-only within regionally established land area dimensions limits for allocation of public land parcels.

This Act consolidates and reforms the law about the registration of land and interests in land. It consists of 220 sections and is divided into 14 Parts and completed by two Schedules. Under Part 2, the Registrar-General is required to keep a land register and has the power to hold inquiries and to demand fees. Part 3 is dedicated to the operation of the land registrar, Part 4 to the registration of lands, Part 5 to joint holders and Part 6 to transfer, leases, mortgages, easements and trusts.

This Act, consisting of 26 sections, regulates the imposition of taxes on land in South Australia. The Act defines which lands are exempted from taxation (sects. 4 and 5) and sets the procedure for the assessment of taxes.

Restrictions without exemption regarding the acquisition of property rights on land by foreign nationals have been abolished.

This Act is divided into 35 sections and 10 parts as follows: (1) Lands Branch; (2) Dealings in Crown Lands Reservations from Dispositions; (3) Power of Lieutenant Governor in Council; (4) Powers and Duties of Minister; (5) Dispositions; (6) Assignments; (7) Remedies Recovery of Rents and Royalties; (8) Forfeiture; (9) Possession of Land Adversely Held; (10) Prohibitions and Penalties; The Department of Natural Resources known as the "Lands Branch" which manages and administers Crown lands is continued.

The scope of this Act is to regulate reindeer breeding activities and the use of reindeer pastures. Also the counting of reindeer and marking of animals is provided for (Chapters 3 and 4). Chapter 6 concerns the compensation of damages to forests and cultivation. Chapter 7 provides for the protection of reindeers. Various measures placing restrictions on reindeer breeding may be decided upon by the Government pursuant to section 2 of the Act relative to Protection Forests (No. 196/22).

This Act, consisting of 132 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by four Schedules, provides for the facilitation of the horizontal and vertical subdivision of land and the disposition of titles thereto in Western Australia. This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

This Act, consisting of 23 sections divided into six Parts, aims at consolidating and amending the law related to the sale of land. The present Act aims at amending and consolidating current legislation relevant to the acquisition of land. The Government may acquire any land at any place for any public purpose, if it so deems necessary, according to the procedures set out by this Act.
