This Act makes provision for the creation and registration of unit property, defines rights and obligations of holders of unit titles and provides for the management of unit property and the resolution of disputes.Provisions of this Act concern, among other things: common property, division of units, boundaries of units, the unit plan, by-laws governing the common property, implied easements, leases of unit property, sale of unit property, mortgage and the establishment of an association to manage the unit property.The ownership of common areas of the property shall be divided into fractions belonging to one or several co-owners and every co-owner shall hold an individual right of ownership in common areas equal to the relative size of his or her fractional size.
