The Basic Law is amended by adding at the end of Part VI A, the following new Part VIB on Land leasing Interpretative provisions.
Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) Law (Amendment) (No. 3) 2016 (No. 67(I)/2016).
This Act may be cited as the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) (Amendment) (No. 3) Law of 2016 and shall be read together with the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) Law. Amendments deal with adminstrative and legal proceedings for land leasing. Article 2 of the basic law is amended by adding the following new terms and definitions of "government settlement".
Compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Law 1962 (No. 15/1962).
This Law, consisting of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements to be satisfied and procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes. The Law is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Part I); Compulsory Expropriation Conditions (Part II); Compensation for Expropriation (Part III); Transfer Use and Disposal of Property (Part IV); Miscellaneous provisions (Part V) and Annex specifying the procedures for expropriation.
Compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Law 2014 (No. 61(I)/2014).
This Law may be cited as the compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Act 2014 and shall be read together with the Compulsory expropriation Laws of 1962-2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and may be referred collectively as the compulsory expropriation laws of 1962 to 2014.
Compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Law, 1999 (Law No. 135(I)/99).
With this Law, paragraph 1 of article 4 and articles 6, 7, 8, 12 as well as the Annex of the basic Law are hereby amended. The amendments concern the procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes.
