Le présent arrêté classe les communes ou parties de communes en zones défavorisées. Les territoires des communes ou parties de communes tels qu'ils figurent à l'annexe du présent arrêté sont classés en zone de montagne au titre de l'article D. 113-14 du code rural et de la pêche maritime.

This Federal Law regulates relations originating from state cadastre valuation of the territory of the Russian Federation. The state cadastre valuation is conducted on the basis of the principles of the uniformity of the methodology for determining cadastral value, the continuity of the updating of the information necessary for determining the cadastral value, independence and openness of state cadastral valuation procedures at each stage of their implementation, economic feasibility and verifiability of re-assessment of cadastral value.

This Federal Law establishes a new procedure for disposing of land plots, the state ownership of which is not delimited. So, the plots located on the territory of the rural settlement that is part of the municipal district and in the inter-settlement territories of the municipal district shall be allotted to citizens and legal entities by the local government of this municipal district, unless otherwise established by the current legislation.
