Location

The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Order No. 65 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Requirements for technical and technological provision of contractors topographic, geodetic and cartographic work.

This Order shall be applicable to contractors performing topographic, geodetic and cartographic work for the purpose of designing topographic, geodetic and cartographic products and data collection. The aforesaid contractors shall be equipped with geodetic satellite devices, digital video cameras and aerial photographic devices, and high definition scanners. Topographic, geodetic and cartographic work shall be performed in strict compliance with the acting legislation.

Article 88 of Water Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land of coastal (littoral) water conservation zones pertaining to public and municipal property can be transferred on lease exclusively for purposes established by this Water Code”. Article 60 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Along marine shoreline and near sea gulfs shall be established protection land belt no less than two kilometres wide from waterline”.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular las vías pecuarias de la Comunitat Valenciana, con la finalidad de conservar y consolidar, proteger y recuperar el patrimonio pecuario para disponer de una red de caminos para el uso pecuario y medioambiental de las generaciones presentes y futuras, de manera que se articule a la vez una malla de corredores naturales por todo el territorio de la Comunitat Valenciana.
