The Law 10319 of 2010 amends Law 8405 of 1998 on several topics including the permits needed for placing advertisements on the streets, the rights and duties of the urban planning inspectorate, the procedures of demolishing unlawful constructions, etc. A new form for “Connection of the object with the road infrastructure” has been approved and attached to the Law.
Law No.10360 dated 16.2.2010 amending Law No.10119 dated 23.4.2009 on the land use planning.
The Law 10360 of 2010 amends Article 92 of Law 10119 of 2009 by extending several time periods prescribed for starting with the full implementation of the Law from ‘no later than 15 January 2011’ to ‘no later than 30 September 2011’.

Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions.
The Law lays down the framework for the legalization of constructions build without permissions in the informal zones, the transfer of ownership for these properties, the urbanization of the informal zones and blocks and their integration in the territorial and infrastructural development of the country, the procedures for legalization, and the establishment of responsible state structures. The Law is retroactively applicable regardless of the constructions’ purpose and function.
Law No.10345 dated 4.11.2010 amending and supplementing Law No.8093 dated 21.3.1996 on the water reserves, as amended.
The Law 10345 of 2010 amends Article 61 of Law 8093 of 1996 by increasing the financial penalties for violation of the Law and adds Article 71/1 on the rules of procedure to be followed by the National Urban Planning and Construction Inspectorate to document the law violations.
