Document de travail sur les régimes fonciers 2. Ce document propose une analyse des impacts du changement climatique sur les régimes et les politiques fonciers. Il évalue les effets des changements climatique anthropogéniques en cours sur les régimes fonciers – s’agissant notamment de ceux qui sont liés aux émissions de gaz à effet de serre – et il précise le rôle que les politiques foncières pourraient jouer en matière d’adaptation et de planification au changement climatique dans le monde en développement.

Le site pilote retenu est celui du bassin versant de Siliana (figure 1.1). Le gouvernorat auquel il appartient, et dont il porte le nom, s’étend sur une surface totale de 464 200 ha. Ce gouvernorat est situé dans la partie sud-est de la région nord-ouest de la Tunisie qui englobe les quatre gouvernorats du Kef, Jendouba, Siliana et Béja.

The Agricultural Water Solutions Project aims to unlock the potential of smallholder farming by identifying, evaluating and recommending a variety of agricultural water management (AWM) solutions - including technologies as well as the necessary supporting policies, institutions, financing arrangements and associated business models. This is being achieved through a series of interlinked activities in the seven project sites in Africa (Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia) and in India (Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal).
