These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

The budget must include all incomes and expenses anticipated in the relevant financial year. For greater investments over several years, an appropriate plan has to be made. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Budget, accounting and inspections (1); Public announcements of the competent authority (2); Water charges (3); Dissolution of existing associations (4).

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

The present Regulation implements the Saxon Water Law of 21 July 1998. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to requirements of development plans in view of water management projects.

This Order establishes the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority as a body corporate and provides with respect to its functions, powers, administration and operation. The Act also concerns development of Lesotho Highlands and ancillary development matters such as water management and conservation, regulation of fisheries and protection of the environment.

This Act makes provision with respect to conservation of the forest, soil, water and other natural resources of Grenada. This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 22 articles and one Annex, establishes requirements for the use of nitrates from agricultural sources, biogass slurry and other organic fertilizers outside the farm where they were produced. The fertilization with liquid organic fertilizers on agricultural land is prohibited from 15 November to 15 February. The fertilization with manure on arable land is prohibited from 1 December to 15 February.

An Act by the regional government of Vienna on the prevention and reduction of pollution to implement the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control.
