These Regulations amend the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters) Regulations 2014 so as to give effect to the Commission Implementing Decision on granting a derogation requested by Ireland pursuant to Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. They also make technical amendments to sections 17 and 26 of the principal Regulations and insert a new Part (7) on implementation of the Commission Decision.

This Order provides with respect to an application for a determination regarding the registration notices and agreements in the Land Register of Scotland. Notices and agreements rejected by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland can be registered following a determination by the Court of Session, the sheriff court or the Lands Tribunal for Scotland that they are registrable. A determination may be sought in respect of notices and agreements specified by this Order.

This Order prescribes forms for notices required to implement the conversion of ultra-long leases to ownership under the Long Leases (Scotland) Act 2012. They concern, among other things: conversion of reserved sporting rights and conversion of qualifying condition into a climate change burden or a conservation burden.

Environmental Protection (Restriction on Use of Lead Shot) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. No. 358 of 2004).

These Regulations prohibit the use of lead shot for shooting with a shot gun on or over wetlands. " Wetlands" is described by the Ramsar Convention on wetlands. Regulation 5 sets out powers to enable a constable to ascertain whether an offence has been committed under these Regulations. Regulation 5 creates the offence of contravention of regulation 4, which prohibits use lead shot for the purpose of shooting with a shot gun on or over wetlands.

This Law establishes the second amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. This Act sets regulations related to the fertilization of soil in rural areas (soil conditioners, spraying, cultivation, etc.) which is not permitted in buffer zones of maximum 10 meters from the shores of open water courses and lakes with a surface area of more than 100 square meters (article 1). These regulations do not apply to land used for forestry, gardens or fish farming activities. The document is regulated by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
