Esta Ley reconoce a los pueblos y comunidades indígenas del Estado de Colima y de las personas que los integran al tener la condición de indígenas, así como de aquellas que se encuentran temporal o permanentemente establecidas o en tránsito por el territorio de la entidad. El objeto de estas disposiciones es garantizar el ejercicio de las formas específicas de organización comunitaria, de gobierno y administración de justicia de las comunidades indígenas.

This Planning Act sets out the ground rules for land use planning in Ontario and describes how land uses may be controlled, and who may control them.

The present Act provides for a framework to protect the integrity of the land titles system in Yukon, to secure interests of property owners, and provide new economic development options. Furthermore, the Act establishes a new mechanism for registering settlement land while safeguarding aboriginal rights and title. This will create new residential and commercial development opportunities. The Land Title Office shall keep pace with the volume and complexity of modern land dealings in Yukon and provide more accessible land titles information.

Part 1 establishes a right to be on land for recreational, educational and certain other purposes and a right to cross land. The rights exist only if they are exercised responsibly. Some of the provisions for that purpose are also extended in relation to rights of way and other rights. Part 1 imposes certain duties on local authorities in relation to access on and over land in their areas and, in particular, requires them to draw up and adopt a plan of core paths in their areas.

This Act establishes the National Parks, Rivers and Beaches Authority, the National Parks Board and the National Parks Fund and makes provision for the establishment of national parks, their promotion, management and protection and for the acquisition of private land for purposes of establishment or maintenance of a national park or the management of private land as a national park.The Authority is established as a body corporate and shall manage all national parks and have power and control over all rivers, streams, springs, swamps, waterfalls, water pools and beaches in St.

This Act provides for the description of a cooperative and dictates how cooperatives must operate. It governs all cooperatives incorporated in the Province of Saskatchewan, with the exception of credit unions and caisses populaires, which are regulated under a different piece of legislation, the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of urban land-use planning at municipal and regional levels. The scope of this Regional Law shall be consideration of totality of social, economic, ecological and other factors with a view of ensuring sustainable development of territorial land-use planning. Basic land-use planning documentation shall include regional and municipal land-use planning schemes. Regional land-use planning schemes shall include mapping of territorial development plan.

This Act provides a framework for the development and implementation of measures in Papua New Guinea to combat climate change in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol and other international agreements and programmes. The Act establishes the Climate Change and Development Authority, the National Climate Change Board, a Screening Committee and the Climate Change and Green Growth Trust Fund. It provides with respect to climate change related project agreements, i.e.

This Act makes provision for a wide variety of matters relating to land tenure and reform in Lesotho including the definition of rights in land, allocation of land in rural areas, grant of title in land, vesting of land in authorities, government acquisitions and acquisition and expropriation of land for public purpose, grant of long-term leases and regularization and adjudication of title in land, including resolution of disputes by specialized land courts established under this Act. All land in Lesotho is vested in the Basotho Nation and is held in trust by the King.

This Law establishes basic principles of state policy, legal grounds for acting of state bodies, natural and legal persons, with a view of rational and careful soil management, soil conservation, improvement of soil fertility and soil protection against negative impact. The Act consists of 5 Sections divided into 21 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) state regulation in the sphere of soil protection; (3) soil protection requirements; (4) state control in the sphere of soil protection; and (5) conclusive provisions.
