This Decree makes provision for the surveying and mapping of land in relation to registration of land in the cadaster and in particular prescribes qualifications and describes functions of cadastral surveyors and assistant cadastral surveyors. These officials shall be appointed by Ministerial Decision in accordance with articles 6 to 16 and operate in the operation territory of a land Affairs Office (art. 10). They shall carry out measurement and mapping of land for purposes of land registration and division, partition or unification of plots of land.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2000 by substituting a new table specifying the provisions in the Land Registration Rules 1925 which authorize or require acts to be done by the Registrar and which acts may, by virtue of the principal Regulations, be done by the Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or an Acting Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or, for certain purposes, by a Deputy Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry.

An Act to provide for the control of abandoned lands in Tasmania. The Minister may issue an abandoned land notice in respect of land which meets requirements set out in section 4. Where the Minister is satisfied that a person is entitled to any estate or interest in the land to which an abandoned land notice relates, he may exclude from the operation of the notice those rights or, by agreement with that person, some other rights in substitution therefore.

This Act, consisting of 11 sections completed by one Schedule, aims to define certain aspects of forestry rights. "Forestry right" in this Act means a right granted by the owner of any land to any other person to: (a) establish, maintain and harvest; or (b) maintain and harvest crop of trees on that land, together with any ancillary rights and works; and (d) any provisions for charges, payments, royalties or division of the crop or the proceeds of the crop.

A Decree to provide for fees for the use of State land by private parties and land registration. A user of land that is entrusted the state to him for purpose of agricultural and forestry production, breeding of sea products, and producing salt, shall pay land using fees when using the land for other than allowed purposes. A Decree to provide for ownership, allotment, use, registration of residential land and houses by citizens of Viet Nam and leasehold by foreigners, and in relation to this the assignment of title, the issue of certificates, settlement of disputes and other matters. The State recognises and protects the lawful title to residential houses and lawful right to the use of residential land. All residential houses and land must be registered. The lawful owners are issued the certificate of residential house title and residential land use right.

Federal Land Cadastre Service (ROSZEMKADASTR) is the Federal Authority entitled to exercise the state management of land resources that carries out executive, control, authorizing, regulating and other functions as regards the keeping up of land cadastre and the state valuation of real estate property, land survey, valuation of land for cadastre purposes, land monitoring and the state control over the use and protection of land.
