Le présent décret fixe l'organisation des conservations de la propriété foncière et des hypothèques. Les services techniques comprennent : le service d'immatriculation ; le service de la publicité foncière ; le service de l’informatique, des archives et de la recherche, le service de la législation et du contentieux, et le service administratif, financier et comptable.Cette Ordonnance qui s’applique aux immeubles bâtis et non bâtis soumis au régime de l’immatriculation foncière, fixe le régime de la propriété foncière en en République gabonaise.

La presente Resolución establece la metodología para desarrollar la actualización permanente de la formación catastral, que tiene por objetivo definir el marco metodológico aplicable a los ejercicios de actualización catastral “permanente” en el país, considerando el ordenamiento jurídico vigente y las diferencias que pueden existir catastralmente entre entidades territoriales y entre autoridades catastrales, incluidos sus niveles de desarrollo y necesidades.

It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

This Order establishes that administration of the State Land Cadastre shall be intended implementation of measures and arrangements for setting up and keeping software of the State Land Cadastre, technical and technological support thereof and preservation and protection of the information and data contained therein. The administrator of the State Land Cadastre shall be responsible for access to information for the purpose of viewing, research, copying and printing of the information published on the official web-site of the State Land Agency.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Leaseholder of a plot of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall have the right of purchase of such plot of land in ownership in case the right of lease originates from conversion of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or life-long hereditary possession of such plot of land to lease, at the cost equal to 15 percent of its cadastre value”.

This Act concerns the development, regulation, construction, management and control of Special Economic Zones in Jamaica. It establishes the Special Economic Zone Authority, which shall be a body corporate. It also creates a Special Economic Zone Fund. The Authority shall establish procedures for the marketing, initiation and conduct of negotiations in relation to the making of applications by sponsors for the entry into master-concessions and licence-agreements.
