This Act provides for the control and coordination of land surveying and the carrying out of public surveys.“Survey” is defined in section 2. There shall be a Central Plan Office in the Office of the Surveyor General (sect. 3). A liaison officer shall be appointed in each public office under section 4. The Surveyor General may connect proposed surveys to existing surveys pursuant to section 6. For the purposes of this Act, there shall be established and maintained in the Central Plan Office a register, to be called the Central Plan Register (sect. 8).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1967. The Central Plan Register shall be in Form 1. A Liaison officer to keep registers as specified in regulation 3. A list or supplementary list compiled by the liaison officer under Section 4 or 7 of the Act forwarded to the Surveyor General in accordance with the provisions of the Act shall be endorsed with a certificate in Form 3. A notice under Section 5(1) of the Act shall be in Form 4.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Act 1969. They concern fees for purposes of the Act, articles of cadetship in land surveying, the Register of Articled Cadets, training of surveyors, application for registration as certified measurer, examination, certificate of competency for certified measurers, plans of survey to be submitted to registry, etc.

The State Committee on Land Resources is the central executive body which activity shall be directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers.

La presente Resolución aprueba los modelos de actas de inspección catastral y de diligencia de colaboración en la inspección catastral.

Articles 5a and 23a are hereby added to Law No. 7501 on the land. Upon division of the land, the Land Commissions at the villages shall deposit the documentation on land distribution with the cadastre office of the competent district. Article 23a concerns the penalty to be applied to Land Commissions in case of violation of the criteria established by the Law for compiling documentation on land distribution.

La presente Ley regula el registro de todos los derechos reales inmobiliarios correspondientes al territorio de la República Dominicana.

This Act concerns the ownership of so-called “inner banks”. Section 2 makes provision for the definition of boundaries in original grants of land made by the British South Africa Company. The boundary shall be the centre of the said river or stream. Any subsequent transfer of land the boundary of which is so described under one undivided transfer shall be deemed to have conveyed the land up to the centre of the river or stream mentioned as a boundary in the original grant or diagram, and to have vested the ownership of the land as thus bounded in the holder of the title to the land.

These Acts are amended to as to provide for the integration of the Topographic Office of the Ministry of Defence in the Service for the cadastre and public registers as mentioned in article 2 of the Cadastre Organization Act.
