Cadastral Survey (Application for PIN and Fees) Regulations 2012 (GN No. 24 of 2012).

These Regulations set out the form of an application under section 7(3) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule. Section 7 stipulates that any interested person may apply for the assignment of a Parcel Identification Number (PIN) in respect of any plot of land or unit to be assigned by the Chief Surveyor.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the valuation of plots of land. Article 1 defines the term “parcel of land” for the purpose of the present Ordinance. Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance applies to basic geodata of cantonal and municipal law. Land Registration (Fees) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 380 of 2012).

This Order specifies in the Schedule fees to be charged and taken by the Property Registration Authority (established under section 9 of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006) for a service provided in the Land Registry. No registration shall be made and no other transaction shall be done or completed until: (a) the appropriate fee has been paid to the Authority, or (b) the Authority is satisfied that arrangements for the payment of the appropriate fee have been made.
