Agricultural and rural regulations in Greece are governed by a scattered legislation, making its use and application difficult. Such situation does not correspond to the modern needs, since the management of the agricultural immovable property is applied through the Rural Code which was ratified in 1949, together with certain legislative provisions on rural development during the ’70s and ’80s. These Regulations consolidate and revoke the Land Registration Rules 1972. They define the contents of registers in which land title rights shall be registered. The registers shall consist of information required by the Registration of Deeds and Title Acts 1964 and 2006 and these Rules to be recorded in respect of each ownership registered under those Acts. They also, among other things, provide in respect of registry offices, procedures of registration, effect of registration, transmission on death, dealings with registered property and other matters regarding rights affecting land.

This Act establishes the Land Administration Authority as a body corporate and provides with respect to its functions and powers and its administration and management. The Authority shall be an agency of the Government of Lesotho responsible for land administration and shall operate under the general supervision of the Minister responsible for land matters.

This Act concerns the creation and administration of strata lots and phased development of such lots. The proprietor of land upon which a building is or is to be constructed may apply to the Registrar, in the manner provided by or under this Law and prescribed under the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision), for the registration of the horizontal or vertical subdivisions (strata lots) in accordance with a strata plan, which shall accompany the application.

This Act provides for the survey of soil and land and the demarcation of land with boundary marks. It also defines the powers of Survey Officers authorized to carry out land or soil survey.The Act prohibits registered holders of any land in the State to transfer or dispose of any land without presenting a survey map along with the title deeds for registration prepared by licensed surveyors.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be delimitation of plenary powers between legislative and executive state bodies, and local self-government in the sphere of land relations.

The present Act makes provisions, inter alia, with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land,etc.

El presente Decreto modifica el que crea el Centro Nacional de Registros y establece su régimen administrativo, con la finalidad de promover la mayor participación de la sociedad civil en la toma de decisiones, modifica la parte que se refiere a la integración de la Dirección Superior del Centro Nacional de Registros.
