Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

The Minister declares under section 21 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Ordinance Protected Forests for purposes of protection against storms, winds, rolling stones, floods, landslides, prevention of soil erosion and the deposit of mud, stones, etc. on agricultural land, prevention of wastage of resources of timber and for securing the proper management of timber lands, the maintenance of water supplies in springs, rivers, canals and reservoirs, the protection of specified works, and the preservation of health.

The Minister declares under section 19 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Ordinance Forest Reserves for purposes of protection against storms, winds, rolling stones, floods, landslides, prevention of soil erosion and the deposit of mud, stones, etc. on agricultural land, prevention of wastage of resources of timber and for securing the proper management of timber lands, the maintenance of water supplies in springs, rivers, canals and reservoirs, the protection of specified works, the preservation of health, and the protection of slopes over 35° of inclination.

These Rules concern applications for planning permission in the sense of section 1 of the Development and Planning Act 1974. They specify documentation requirements of the application such as architectural plan, draft plan of subdivision, location plan, site excavation plan, and site plan. Applications include applications for: applications to develop land, applications to subdivide land and applications for carrying out foreshore work. Other provisions concern procedures of applications and decision making, notification, etc.

This Act empowers the Minister to enter into an agreement with any person for the reclamation of land (at least one acre) from the bed of the sea in any area lying within the outer limits of the reefs of Bermuda. Section 3 defines the compulsory content of a reclamation agreement, whereas section 4 specifies what reclamation agreement may contain. The agreement must be approved by the Governor.

Foreshore Licences Act 1945.

This Act prohibits the carrying out of foreshore works other than with a foreshore license to be applied for under section 3 to the Minister responsible for development and planning. "Foreshore work" means: (a) the constructing or laying down of any building, structure or works on the foreshore or on the bed of the sea; or (b) the installing or deploying of a floating dock; or (c) land reclamation on the foreshore or the bed of the sea not exceeding one acre in extent.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale détermine les critères d’assimilation d’une étude de sol à une reconnaissance de l’état du sol. L’artice 2 établit que les critères dont l'absence implique le refus de l'étude de sol antérieure et la réalisation d'une reconnaissance de l'état du sol conforme à l'ordonnance relative à la gestion des sols pollués ou un complément d'étude venant s'ajouter aux données précédentes selon les cas, sont celles énumérées dans cet article. Le texte comprend 5 articles.
