These Rules amend the Commonhold (Land Registration) Rules 2004 in relation with evidence in support of certain applications to be given in the form of a statement of truth (as defined in rule 215A of the Land Registration Rules 2003) instead of a statutory declaration.

The present Law implements the Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations of 22 June 1998. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

La presente Ley reconoce los derechos posesorios y regula la titulación de predios en las zonas costeras y el territorio insular, con el fin de regular la adecuada utilización de la tierra de conformidad con su uso potencial y los programas nacionales de desarrollo, y garantizar su aprovechamiento óptimo.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de de propiedad, que tiene por objeto desarrollar los principios, objetivos y disposiciones previstas en la Ley a efecto de facilitar su aplicación y alcanzar su cumplimiento.

The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production. Planning and financial evaluation of production costs shall be prepared and funds destined to support all agricultural, forestry and aquaculture activities and operations.

This Act sets rules on registration of property in regards to validity of agreements thereof. It applies to all urban land which must be notified in a central register of local authorities.It consists of 8 Chapters: Rights to be registered (1); Registration authorities and resources (2); Basis for registration (3); Registration method (4); Legal effects (5); Registration of property mortgages (6).

This Law sets out the legislative framework governing the setting up, management and functioning of the land cadastre. Specific provisions deal with public access to information registered under the cadastre.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto promover a efectos administrativos la titularidad compartida de las explotaciones agrarias entre los cónyuges o personas ligadas con una relación de análoga afectividad, inscritas en algún registro público, con los derechos y las obligaciones derivados del régimen de modernización de las explotaciones agrarias y otras normas del sistema de la Política Agraria Común en su aplicación en España y a efectos de extender los beneficios en la cotización a la Seguridad Social previstos a las mujeres que ostenten dicha cotitularidad.

L’appellation "Office de la topographie et de la cartographie" prévue par la loi n° 74- 100 du 25 décembre 1974 portant création de l’Office de la topographie et de la cartographie est remplacée par l’appellation "Office de la topographie et du cadastre". Parmi ses missions, le nouveau texte de l'article 5, paragraphe b )établit celle d’exécuter les travaux nécessaires pour assurer l’implantation et la conservation d’un réseau géodésique couvrant tout le territoire national.

La presente Ley deroga el Decreto Legislativo que modifica la Ley general del patrimonio cultural de la nación, en relación a la propiedad de bien cultural inmueble integrante del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación de carácter prehispánico.

These Regulations amend the Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2008: in relation with the transitional period; by specifying the model entries relevant to registrations made under section 19 of the Commons Act 2006; and by permitting a registration authority to allow an applicant longer than the period of 21 days within which to respond to representations made about his or her application.
