This Act, consisting of 68 sections divided into eight Parts, provides for the protection, recognition and preservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage in Western Australia.The Act provides for the establishment of the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee and defines its internal organization and its functions, which include: to evaluate on behalf of the community the importance of places and objects alleged to be associated with Aboriginal persons; to record and preserve the traditional Aboriginal lore related to such places and objects; and to recommend to the Minister places and object

These Rules provide for the registration of an entry of compliance with a property adjustment order, pursuant to section 9 of the Family Law Act 1995 or section 14 of the Family Law (Divorce) Act 1996 as amended by sections 74 and 75 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2008. An application for cancellation of a Property Adjustment Order pursuant to section 9 of the Family Law Act 1995 or section 14 of the Family Law (Divorce) Act 1996 may be made in Form 13, 14 or 15 in the Schedule of Forms to these Rules.

These Rules provide general rules for the Registry of Deeds as provided for by section 33 of the Act the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006. The Register shall consist of information required by the Act and these Rules to be maintained in respect of each deed registered under the Act. The Rules provide for matters of administration and prescribe forms. The Registry shall be maintained by the Property Registration Authority.

The Act makes provision with respect to titles in land, the development of selected land, and the resolution of disputes regarding land and various other matters relating to land. As a corollary to the principle that land in Lesotho is vested absolutely and irrevocably in the Basotho Nation and is held by the State, no person, other than the State, shall hold any title to land except as provided for under customary law or under this Act. Where the customary law is inconsistent with this Act, this Act shall prevail (sect. 3).

El presente Decreto crea la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers and jurisdictional competence of state bodies and local government in the sphere of land relations. Regional Government shall be responsible for management of public land plots and also of land plots with undelimited ownership, expropriation of land for public needs, application of public servitude and application to land areas the status of protected areas.

The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authority carrying out state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions therewith shall submit to the authorized institution for combating the financing of terrorism and legalization of proceeds of crime information on transactions with immovable property”.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography shall be the authorized federal executive body carrying out functions of state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions therewith, land valuation, land survey, land monitoring and geodesy and cartography.
