El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento para la aplicación del impuesto a las tierras rurales, en relación a las tierras dedicadas a la actividad de silvicultura en los bosques privados que están exonerados del impuesto. En consecuencia, la aplicación del impuesto para tierras dedicadas a la actividad silvicultura se realizará a partir del momento en que se inicie la fase extractiva.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and running of a spatial data infrastructure system in Sachsen-Anhalt as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Act defines national territory planning, town and country planning in compliance with article 186, point (b) and article 187, paragraph 2, point (e) of the Constitution. This Act is divided into 8 chapters establishing classifications and definitions of urban territories (Chap. I). It also establishes that national and municipal construction activities must respect the environment. Chapters II and III deal with legislative planning, building typologies, etc. Chapter IV deals with urban and non-urban soils, defining their use, etc.

The purpose of this Resolution is to define the requirements and conditions for obtaining a licence for the division and partition of lands. This Resolution is composed of 2 Chapters divided into 7 articles. Chapter I deals with matters related to licences and in particular with: (a) licences which shall be issued by the Ministry of Housing; (b) applications for licences shall be submitted to the Survey Department accompanied by the necessary documents and certificates; and (c) the Natural Planning Department shall prepare the land division. Chapter II contains general provisions.

This Act provides for the registration of Land Agents and provides rules relative to functioning of such agents. The Act stipulates that no person shall appear in the Land Division of the High Court as an advocate for or representative of any other person, unless registered as a Land Agent under this Act and holder of a current Annual Practising Certificate issued under this Act. The Act also provides for trust accounts to be held by Land Agents and disciplinary powers of the Land Agents Registration Board established under this Act.

This Order establishes that the following rights and encumbrances (restrictions) of immovable property, including land plots, shall be subject to compulsory registration: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) nature management; and (d) open-ended land tenure. Registration shall be carried out through application by the following categories: (a) owner; (b) landlord; (c) leaseholder; (d) pledgeholder; (e) trust manager; (f) bankruptcy administrator; (g) tutor; (g) trustee; (h) by power of attorney; and (i) other persons in accordance with legislation.

Provisional Instruction of the State Committee on Land Resources “On administrative liability for the infringement of land legislation”.

This Provisional Instruction establishes administrative liability for the infringement of land legislation (legislative provisions related to land tenure, land survey and land cadastre). It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons, including businesses with foreign investments, which are owners, tenants or leaseholders of plots of land. Administrative liability shall be applicable within two months from the date of commission of the offence and, in case of persistent violations within two months from the date of disclosure thereof.

The objectives of these Regulations are to provide standards for the quality of and information required for instruments to be lodged with the Registrar for registration for which forms have not been approved under section 121 of the Transfer of Land Act 1958; and to specify requirements for applications for approval of forms under section 121 of the Act. The prescribed forms are reported in Schedule 2 attached to the Regulations.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general del Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, que tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley cuyo ente rector es la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales, y desarrollar los mecanismos y procedimientos que permitan una eficiente gestión de los bienes estatales, maximizando su rendimiento económico y social, sostenido en una plataforma de información segura, confiable e interconectada, contribuyendo al proceso de descentralización y modernización de la gestión del Estado.
