La presente Ley tiene por objeto la ordenación territorial y urbanística de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional, de acuerdo con su función social, en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development. It shall promote the conservation of the natural environment and landscape beauty of Norfolk Island and to ensure, so far as is practicable, that physical works and other activities are in harmony with the natural environment. The Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning Board. The Board shall consider applications for authorization of activities for which approval is required under this Act.

This Act makes provision for the subdivision of land under Part 5 of the Planning Act 2002 and related matters such as the making of subdivision plans and the registration of subdivisions. The Act sets out requirements for a subdivision development application in addition to the requirements set out in Division 1 of Part 5 of the Planning Act 2002. The Registrar of Titles shall not register a subdivision or amalgamation of land without a written notice from the Chief Executive Officer stating approval and fulfilment of other conditions. The Act also provides for review of decisions.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the adjustment of structural and social adjustment in agriculture in the German Democratic Republic. The conversion of the agricultural and food sector of the German Democratic Republic to the conditions of the social market economy with a view to the currency, economic and social union with the Federal Republic of German requires a basic change in structure to be promoted. The promotion has to consider the development of markets, as well as the objectives and requirements of land use planning, environmental protection and animal protection.

This Act provides special rules relative to the integrated approach for the improvement of the quality of areas that are particularly problematic as regards town and country planning, nature, forest resources, recreation, water and the environment in general (concentration areas). A reconstruction shall take place in concentration areas in accordance with this Act.

This Law amends and supplements several articles of Law No. 10119 on land use planning. The addenda concern the definition of national zones by adding to it all those connected to national public interests that affect or are affected by territory planning, tasks and responsibilities of the National Territory Council as the exclusive authority for the final review of the development plans of the first category municipalities as further enlisted here.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Planning and Development Control Ordinance, 2008 with respect to the granting of development permissions, classes of use and material change of use requiring development permission and control of advertisements. The Schedules set out prescribed forms and fees.

This Ordinance provides rules for the development of land and land-use planning in general and provides for control on development. It establishes the Land Planning and Development Control Board and the Planning and Development Appeals Tribunal and requires the Governor to appoint a Planning Officer. The Planning Officer may, and if so required by the Governor in Council shall, submit proposals to the Governor in Council for the preparation of a development plan.

The present Law implements the Federal Land Use Planning Law of 22 June 1979 and is the basis for measures concerning land use planning and building of the Canton and municipalities. The Law aims to: a) a purposeful, especially thrifty use of land; b) the promotion of a meaningful and orderly development of the settlement; c) the protection of cultural heritage, landscapes and natural resources from impairment.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Law on land use planning and building (Building Law) of 12 May 2003. In particular, the Law amends article 80 establishing that the Executive Council and the federal government agree on a joint programme in the areas of nature conservation and cultural heritage. If the costs on behalf of the Canton exceed more than 1.8 millions francs the approval of the Cantonal Executive Council is required.

The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Land Use Planning Law of 27 December 2004. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the organizations and institutions listed in Annex 1 are entitled to propose one member for the Advisory Planning Board. This Order makes provision for the publication applications for planning permission made under article 9 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. Any representation in respect of a planning application must be provided to the Minister within a specified period of time. The Law in article 11 (5) states that the Minister may require an applicant for planning permission to produce evidence to the Minister showing that the application has been publicized or notified in the prescribed manner. This Order provides in this respect.
