This Ordinance establishes the Physical Planning Board and provides rules relative to (control on) planning and development. Other administrative bodies for purposes of this Act are the Minister and the Director of Planning. The Director may, and if so required by the Governor shall, submit to the Minister proposals for the preparation of a development plan. There shall be various types of development permission, including a permission to subdivide land.

L'article 25 de la loi n° 2010-788 du 12 juillet 2010 portant engagement national pour l'environnement autorise le Gouvernement à légiférer par voie d'ordonnance dans les conditions prévues à l'article 38 de la Constitution, à une clarification des dispositions du code de l'urbanisme relatives aux établissements publics fonciers (EPF) et d'aménagement (EPA), afin de mieux distinguer le régime juridique qui leur est applicable, en précisant leurs compétences, leurs missions et en rénovant leur mode de gouvernance.

This Regional Act supplements Regional Act No. 11 of 2004 on town and country planning by inserting new provisions governing landscape protection. These provisions are adopted in compliance with those laid down at the national level under the Code on Cultural Heritage and Landscape.

Implementing Land Survey and Land Cadastre Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the law on land survey and land cadastre of 1 March 2006. Article 1 establishes that the Land Survey Office is the competent authority. The present Ordinance consists of 29 articles divided in 7 Parts as follows: Competence and cooperation (1); Tasks and responsibilities (2); Provision and use of basic geodata (3); Real property survey (4); Discovery of property proceedings (5); Security, storage and archiving (6); Final provisions (7).

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The present Law provides for the implementation of the Federal Land Consolidation Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the supreme and superior authorities for land consolidation in Schleswig-Holstein are, respectively, the Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space Office, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space.

This Act concerns operations on and regarding public land. It assigns to the Minister responsible for works and engineering the charge and management of public works including: public water supply and public sewerage systems; public water supply, public sewerage systems, parks and highways; and the collection and disposal of refuse. There shall also be a Department of Works and Engineering and a Board of Works.The Act also concerns the powers of the Minister responsible for public lands to acquire lands or to sell public lands and dredging and other operations on the bed of the sea.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that allocation of the plots of land destined for setting up and extension of protected areas of the national and local significance shall be carried out in accordance with the programmes of development of the system of protected areas and ecological networks and natural and scientific substantiation. Land allocation decisions shall be made by provincial administration and local self-government.

This Ordinance establishes the Council for Physical Development and provides rules for town and country planning and development in general in Aruba. The Minister shall prepare a Physical Development Plan, which contains general indications of proposed development. The Plan shall be adopted by State Decree. Directives based on the Plan may determine which development activities may be carried out only with an authorization of the Minister. Such activities may include the mining, the felling of trees, afforestation and cultivation of land and the establishment of waste reception facilities.
