These Regulations amend the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009: by inserting a new regulation 1A which requires the Secretary of State to review regularly the operation and effect of the principal Regulations; in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 to implement the amendments made by Council Directive 2009/31/EC to Council Directive 85/337/EEC in relation with environmental impact assessments; and to correct an omission made in Schedule 1.

This Resolution approves the Regional Scheme for Land use Planning of the Island of S.Nicolau. This Scheme consists of 7 Chapters, 2 Maps and 2 Annexes, specifying land uses, territorial definition and other legal matters related to any areas for the following land use purposes: agricultural, forestry, protection, infrastructures, etc. Chapter 4 regulates infrastructures and equipments. Chapter 5 estabishes terms and conditions for natural heritage and protected area conservation.

These Regulations prescribe types of development for the purposes of section 108(2A) and (3C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which limits the circumstances in which compensation is payable for withdrawal or refusal of a planning permission in accordance with section 108.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities and contents of land-use planning and shall have as is priority issue land-use planning at the national level. The purpose of land-use planning shall be to ensure enforcement of land legislation and observance thereof by all natural and legal persons irrespectively of the form of ownership and land tenure.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Mapa de Vulnerabilidad Física del Perú a escala 1:250,000, Primera Versión 2011, que permite incorpora en los procesos de ordenamiento territorial el análisis de riesgo natural y antrópico, así como las medidas de adaptación al cambio climático, impulsando mecanismos para prevenir el asentamiento de poblaciones en zonas con alto potencial de riesgos ante peligros naturales o antrópicos.

Planning (2011 Act) (Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. No. 387 of 2011).

This Order makes transitional provisions in connection with the commencement of section 248 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 which amends the time periods for enforcement under the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991. It sets out how enforcement cases will be handled by the Department of the Environment where enforcement action has been initiated under the 1991 Order at the time the new periods are introduced.

This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered. The development plan and development management systems are modified so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other significant changes are made in respect of planning appeals and enforcement.

Physical Planning (Fees For Application) (Cap. 193).

This Regulation imposes a physical planning fee for purposes of the Physical Planning Act. All applications for planning permission, outline permission and reserved matters made to the Council shall be accompanied by the fees specified in the Schedule unless otherwise exempted. Where an application is submitted for more than one use, the appropriate fees specified in the Schedule shall be levied in respect of each of the proposed uses.
