Article 30 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Elaboration of the general plans of land use planning shall be carried out through gradual programme in accordance with the priorities established thereby.”

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the federal states are obliged where non-profit settlement companies are not available to justify such creation of new settlements and to upgrade existing small businesses. The text, consisting of 32 articles, deals with the following aspects: moor and wasteland, pre-emptory land rights, land associations, repurchase right, procurement of land lease for agricultural workers and final provisions. One Annex is enclosed.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer y regular los patrimonios públicos de suelo de las distintas Administraciones del País Vasco así como las reservas de suelo en orden a la obtención de los siguientes fines: a) facilitar el desarrollo urbano y territorial del País Vasco; b) disponer de suelos para actuaciones de iniciativa pública y, en particular, para la construcción de viviendas de protección oficial u otros usos de interés social; y c) regular el mercado de suelo.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The whole land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Tasks and principles of land use and regional planning (I); Programmes of land use and regional planning (II); Organization of land use and regional planning (III); Safeguard of land use and regional planning (IV); Other provisions (V).

The purpose of the present Law is to provide for the enactment of the Federal Land Consolidated Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the nomination of competent authorities and tribunals in the Land Baden-Wurttemberg responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 14 articles.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping plot of land, common (joint) property of condominiums. It establishes mandatory compliance with environmental safety standards in the place of disposal of domestic waste, sanitation and cleaning service of land plots pertaining to condominiums and amenity planting. Joint owners shall ensure conservation of greenery and keeping land plots in accordance with the established ecological standards.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo, incluidos el subsuelo y el vuelo, en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía. La actividad urbanística es una función pública que comprende la planificación, organización, dirección y control de la ocupación y utilización del suelo, así como la transformación de éste mediante la urbanización y edificación y sus consecuencias para el entorno.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de los instrumentos y procedimientos necesarios para el ejercicio por la Junta de Andalucía de su competencia en Ordenación del Territorio, que tiene por finalidad contribuir a la cohesión e integración de la Comunidad Autónoma y a su desarrollo equilibrado.

The purpose of the present Agreement between the states of Berlin and Brandenburg is to: 1) promote a common land use policy; 2) protect and conserve natural living conditions; 3) strengthen the common economic position, as well as 4) integrate the two states in the European Union.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the approval of the Land Use Planning Agreement between Berlin and Brandenburg of 6 April 1995. The Law consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex reproducing the above-mentioned Agreement.

These Regulations amend the Access to the Countryside (Appeals against Works Notices) (England) Regulations 2011: in regulation 2 (initial stages of appeal) and in regulation 15 (notification of a decision); by substituting regulation 6 (preliminary information to be supplied by the appropriate authority); and by inserting a new section (12A) on the scope of Chapter 1.
