The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Article 1 establishes that when assessing the market value of land, including components, accessories and soil value the present Ordinance shall be applied. This Ordinance provides for the control of reclamation and use of the foreshore and seabed.Where a reclamation is proposed, the Director of Land shall prepare and publish a plan delineating and describing the proposed reclamation and the foreshore and seabed to be affected as provided for in the text.The Ordinance provides for: objections to the proposed reclamation; claims for compensation; payment of claims and interests; etc.
