Le Plan de Développement Économique et Social (PDES) 2017-2021 est un plan quinquennal de l’opérationnalisation de la Stratégie de Développement Durable et de Croissance Inclusive (SDDCI) Niger 2035 adoptée par le Gouvernement le 9 mai 2017. Son objectif est de contribuer à bâtir un pays pacifique, bien gouverné avec une économie émergente et durable, et une société fondée sur des valeurs d’équité et de partage des fruits du progrès. Spécifiquement, il vise à renforcer la résilience du système de développement économique et social.

This Act provides rules for physical planning, including Integrated Urban Areas and Town Development Planning, in Marsabit County. County plans shall be made in accordance with provisions of Part XI of the County Governments Act, 2012. This Act prescribes content of county physical development plan and creates a county planning unit which within the county government and a county planning unit.

La presente Resolución expide los determinantes ambientales para la formulación, revisión y ajuste de los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT), Planes Básicos y Esquemas de Ordenamiento Territorial del Distrito Turístico y Cultural de Cartagena de Indias y de los municipios pertenecientes a las ecorregiones de la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Canal del Dique (CARDIQE).

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection responsibility of manager of the objects of cultural heritage shall include elaboration of land-use planning schemes related to panoramic sites containing objects of cultural heritage within the boundaries of historical settlements so as to ensure conservation of such areas”.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto las normas relativas a planificación urbana, urbanización y construcción, las cuales rigen en todo el territorio nacional. Estas disposiciones cuentan con tres niveles de acción, a saber: la Ley General; la Ordenanza General; las Normas Técnicas.

La presente Ley Nº 4/2017, aprueba la quinta modificación del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de ordenación del territorio y urbanismo, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1/2004, con el fin de incorporar los principios establecidos en el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a la legislación asturiana, como son los principios de libre competencia, transparencia, igualdad de trato y no discriminación.

El presente Decreto Ley expide disposiciones para la formulación del Plan Nacional de Construcción y Mejoramiento de Vivienda Social Rural, que será formulado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

This Act, consisting of 8 articles, creates the Centre for Geo-technology, Cartography and Territorial Planning (CGPTERR), as the Decentralized Administrative Unit of the Secretariat of State for Planning and Development (SEPLAN). The purpose of the CGPTERR is to coordinate and carry out a systematic mapping of the territory, by supporting the territorial planning activities of the State, and specifically: 1. creation of databases and geo-processed information, in order to articulate and make compatible the various sectoral policies and territorial planning; 2.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points, establishes the types of thereof and shall be mandatory for the subjects of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity.

This Act amends the Village Fono Act by inserting a new section 2A stating the objects of the Act and by inserting provisions and amending other provisions on the registration and administration of villages and the limitation of jurisdiction of Village Fono (in particular in respect of Government, freehold or leasehold land located within village land). A new section on structures and activities on village land for community purposes is also inserted.

This Regulation amends articles 2, 5, and 8 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendment affects the structure and organization of the ALUIIZC. According to it, the ALUIIZC will have a Tirana-based central department and 27 local departments according to the list introduced by it. Further, the ALUIIZC will be chaired by the General Director and 3 (three) Deputy Directors.

La présente loi a pour objet de définir le cadre général de gouvernance des zones économiques spéciales au Sénégal (ZES). Les zones économiques spéciales sont créées par décret après la réalisation d’une étude d’opportunité initiée par le Ministre chargé de la Promotion des Investissements.
