Para cumplir los objetivos establecidos por el artículo 2º del Decreto Ley Nº 2811 de 1974, el presente Decreto tiene por finalidad reglamentar las normas relacionadas con el recurso de aguas en todos sus estados, y comprende los siguientes aspectos: 1) El dominio de las aguas, cauces y riberas, y normas que rigen su aprovechamiento sujeto a prioridades, en orden a asegurar el desarrollo humano, económico y social, con arreglo al interés general de la comunidad.

This Regulation aims at efficient use of renewable energy sources (i) by allocation of public and private lands to investors for large scale renewable energy sources, (ii) by producing high technology equipment used in electricity generation from renewable energy sources, and (iii) by contributing to the procurement of technology transfer.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 2012, with respect to a variety of matters including administration of public land and private land, conversion of freehold or leasehold tenure, compulsory acquisition, settlement programmes, easements and analogous rights, and evictions from unlawfully occupied public land.The National Land Commission shall keep and maintain a data base of all public land and an inventory of land based natural resources.

These Regulations make provision for the declaration, administration and management of wildlife management areas and the establishment of Community Based Organizations for such administration and management. They also provide for non-consumptive and consumptive utilisation of resources of wildlife management areas, the resolution of disputes and management of conflicts in such areas and define offences.Any village intending to designate an area as a Wildlife Management Area shall first establish a Community Based Organization in the manner prescribed under the Trustees’ Incorporation Act.

This Act establishes a legislative framework for — (a) classification of areas as urban areas; (b) governance and management of urban areas; (c) participation by the residents in the governance of urban areas; and (d) other matters for the attainment of these objectives. An area may be classified as an urban area if it satisfies the criteria set out under this Act or any other written law.

This Decree sets forth principles and procedures of provision of planting materials, equipment and all mechanical and chemical means necessary for cultivation to the community, municipalities and civil society organizations on a complimentary basis. This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation. It sets forth principles and procedures of restoration, expansion, creation and improvement of green areas. The Decree shall not apply to green areas in forest lands, private lands, protected areas and in agricultural land.
