These Regulations make provision in relation to bringing into force sections 83 (core path plans) and 84 (access rights: service of court applications) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. It also contains transitional provisions regarding "core path plans" as provided for by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. The effect of this is that anything done under the old law before 31st December 2016 will have effect as if it had been done under the new law.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 to: update the definition of “European site”; insert new articles 7ZA to 7ZE imposing obligations on planning authorities with regard to applications by electronic communications code operators for a determination as to whether prior approval is required with regard to the siting and appearance of new ground based masts. An European site now includes also a site in the meaning of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds.

These Regulations make minor changes and corrections to the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, the Forestry (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, the Agriculture, Land Drainage and Irrigation Projects (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 and the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.

This Law establishes the procedure for the fulfilment of geodetic and cartographic works, the purpose of the Lithuanian spatial information infrastructure, the state georeferenced spatial data sets, the purpose of the georeference cadastre, the principles of its establishment and management, the ownership rights of geodetic and cartographic production. It is related to geodetic and cartographic works, fundamental rights and duties in geodesy and cartography.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.

La présente loi définit le dispositif d’incitations applicable dans les zones économiques spéciales (ZES) à travers: le statut foncier des zones économiques spéciales, les règles d’attribution et de gestion des terrains compris dans leur assiette ; le régime fiscal et douanier applicable auxdites zones ; la réglementation des changes applicable aux opérations des entreprises exerçant au sein des ZES ; le régime dérogatoire aux règles communes en matière de droit du travail ; et l’accès à l’électricité.

Article 6 establishes that geodetic and cartographic products created by municipalities for the state shall be owned by the state, while geodetic and cartographic work created by municipalities for its own use shall be owned by municipalities. Article 9 establishes the competence of ministries and state institutions in the sphere of geodetic and cartographic activities.

These By-laws, approved by the Minister in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Councils Act, shall apply to communal and resettlement land within the Makonde Rural District Council. They allow the Makonde Rural District Council to prepare a plan for- (a) all communal or resettlement land within the Council area; or (b) any ward or combination of wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area; or (c) any part of award or wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area. The By-laws set out the procedure for preparation and adoption of the Plan.

This Act, consisting of 231 sections divided into eight Chapters and completed by two Schedules, aims to establish an efficient, effective, transparent, integrated, coordinated, and accountable system of land use planning (planning), development assessment and related matters that facilitates the achievement of ecological sustainability.

La presente Ley Orgánica de Ordenación Urbanística, tiene por objeto la ordenación del desarrollo urbanístico en todo el territorio nacional con el fin de procurar el crecimiento armónico de los centros poblados. El desarrollo urbanístico salvaguarda los recursos ambientales y la calidad de vida en los centros urbanos. La ordenación urbanística comprende el conjunto de acciones y regulaciones tendentes a la planificación, desarrollo, conservación y renovación de los centros poblados.
