This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) implements provisions of the Community Rights Law of 2009 with Respect to Forest Lands ("Community Rights Law"), and determines the rules, guidelines and procedures for the establishment of authorized forest communities and to access, manage, use and the benefits of forest resources within the Republic of Liberia, and participation by communities in the reforestation, rehabilitation and conservation of forest and wildlife resources in Liberia.

The purpose of these Provisions is to regulate the legislation (MLR), strengthen legislation coordination and guarantee legislation quality.The Provisions govern the MLR's activities of drafting the review version of laws and administrative regulations, coordinating the legislation of the related laws and administrative regulations and formulating, amending and abolishing departmental rules.

La présente loi fixe l'organisation administrative territoriale, basée sur les principes de la déconcentration et de la décentralisation, vise le déploiement harmonieux de l'administration sur l'ensemble du territoire; la mise en place d'une administration de proximité; la création des conditions d’émergence d’une administration orientée vers le développement ; la promotion de la démocratie locale; la réalisation de l’unité nationale.

Le présent décret réorganise la commission foncière nationale et son secrétariat permanent.

This Act amends the Local Government Act in provisions concerning land matters consequential upon the enactment of the Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act 2016 and the Land Act 2016. Also the word "Local Authority" is replaced by the word " Local Government Authority" wherever it occurs in the principal Act and provisions regarding the delegation of functions to committee by an Authority, the disposal of land, the designation of an area as a rateable area, the valuation of property, and charges on property. Three new sections are inserted in the principal Act (78A-C).

Specifically, it creates the California Exposition and State Fair as a new entity in state government with the intent to vitalize it. The Fair’s board of directors is then tasked to develop a policy which provides for an innovative program including the concept of an agriculturally themed exposition which would communicate the issues surrounding the production and marketing of food, fiber, and plant material to the general public and such other concepts as are feasible.

The Agricultural Perspective Plan (APP) is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach with a duration of twenty years (1995-2015). Its goal is to add two percentage points to the country’s agricultural growth which would expand per capita agricultural growth sixfold, from its current 0.5% to 3% per year. The APP strategy is based on the acceleration of the agricultural growth rate sufficiently to obtrain strong multiplier effect on growth in employment, both in agriculture itself and in nonagricultural sectors.

Objetivo general del documento es promover un mecanismo intersectorial para la gestión agroambiental, con énfasis en el manejo sostenible de tierras, biodiversidad, variabilidad y cambio climático, negocios agro-ambientales, espacios y estilos de vida saludables, de manera que contribuya al desarrollo humano sostenible.

These Measures, consisting of 27 Articles, are formulated in order to strengthen the management of land and resources, and standardize the supervision and inspection work.The Measures provide for the responsibilities of the competent land and resources authorities at various levels on supervising and inspecting violations. The land and resources administrative departments at or above county level shall establish a dynamic inspection system, timely detection and investigate and deal with violations of land and resources.
